Refund Policy

1. Refund Requests and Eligibility
We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate our participants to the best of our ability. However, once registration fees are paid, we are unable to issue a refund. Instead, we offer the following options based on the timing of the refund request:

Up to 50% Credit for Future Registrations: Refund requests received in writing more than 30 days prior to the season beginning (following the 1st regular scheduled practice) are eligible for up to a 50% credit towards future registrations.

Within 30 Days of Season Start: Refund requests made within the 30-day window before the season start will incur a refund fee equal to 50% of the total paid, minus any expenses incurred by the league. These expenses may include, but are not limited to, uniforms, practice gear, team merchandise, equipment, and other related costs.

2. Refund Fee Consideration
It's important to note that forfeiture of the registration fees within the 30-day window does not constitute the consideration of a purchase by the registrant for any items, including uniforms, practice gear, team merchandise, equipment, etc. No merchandise or equipment shall be considered due in exchange for registration fees once these items have been purchased by the league.

3. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing. Please send your refund request via email to carolinastorm828@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Registrant's Name]." Include your full name, contact information, and the reason for your refund request. We will process your request as promptly as possible.

4. Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, the league may, at its discretion, consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis outside of the stated policy. Any such consideration will be made in accordance with the league's obligations and commitments.
